Kia ora! I'm Tommy (all/any), a people centred consultant, adventure cyclist and coach based in Aotearoa New Zealand.
My associates and I work with organisations and teams to design and deliver projects focused on people and Papatūānuku (mother earth) wellbeing.
I provide professional coaching through human-centred design practice and my lived experience as a queer, gender-fluid, neurodiverse person.
In between the mahi (work) my partner and I hit the bicycle saddles and explore the world.
My background spans advertising strategy, business management, international development, and government.
